How do I use a coupon?

You simply put your coupon in the Coupon Code box on either the Checkout or Cart pages.

It's saying my coupon is expired or invalid?

From time to time we will issue coupons for a limited time.  These will expire at a listed time.  However it is a common for Gift Certificate codes to be confused as coupons.  Gift Certificates are easy to identify because they will be sent with an email notifying that the attached numbers are Gift Certificates, and the code will always start with GC.

How do I use a Gift Certificate?

Gift Certificates can be applied to your order on the checkout page.

When does my Gift Certificate Expire?

Gift Certificates that are purchased in the store expire after 180 days (6 Months).  Any Gift Certificate that is issued as result of Reward Points will have a 60 day Expiration, as will Gift Certificates that are given out as prizes. 

Can I use more than one Gift Certificate on an order?

The store only supports 1 Gift Certificate per checkout.  If you wish to use multiple Gift Certificates, you will need to check out more than once.

Are there restrictions on what I use my Reward Point Gift Certificates for?

You may use your Reward Giftcertificates on any purchase.  Gift Certificates may not be applied towards shipping.
